Wedding Day
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM at Castillo de Batres. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time to be seated. Late arrivals may not be able to enter once the ceremony has started.
What is the schedule for the wedding day?
The wedding ceremony will begin at 6:30 PM, followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and a celebration that will continue late into the night — until around 4:00 in the morning. We have planned a few special moments throughout the evening that we are excited to share with you.
Where will the events take place?
Parts of the celebration (cocktail hour and dinner – weather permitting) will be outdoors, so we recommend bringing a light jacket, shawl, or wrap to stay comfortable.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the wedding is Cocktail Attire.
For men: suit or blazer with dress pants.
For women: cocktail dress, elegant jumpsuit, or similar attire.
Please note that portions of the evening will take place outdoors, so we recommend comfortable shoes and light jackets/shawls or cover-ups.

Will there be food and drinks served throughout the day?
Yes, there will be plenty of food and drinks served throughout the celebration. During cocktail hour, we will be serving a variety of canapés, and we encourage guests to enjoy them, as many of the meat options will be offered during this time.

Will there be dancing and celebration?
Absolutely! Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy cocktail hour, dinner, and a night of music, dancing, and celebration that will continue late into the night.
Are we allowed to take photos?
We kindly ask that guests do not use phones or cameras during the ceremony, so everyone can be fully present in the moment. Our professional photographer will be capturing this special part of the day.

Where is the venue and how far is it from Madrid?
The wedding will take place at Castillo de Batres, located in the town of Batres, approximately 37 km (23 miles) from Madrid. The drive takes about 35 minutes outside of rush hour.

Will transportation be provided?
Yes. Transportation will be provided to and from Madrid on the wedding day.

Will there be transportation after the wedding?
Yes. Transportation back to Madrid will be available after the celebration. Shuttle schedules and pickup locations will be shared closer to the wedding date to ensure everyone can travel safely and comfortably.

The drive from central Madrid to Castillo de Batres takes approximately 35 minutes outside of rush hour.
Can I take a taxi or Uber to the venue instead of the shuttle?
Yes. Guests are welcome to take a taxi or ride-share service (Uber, Bolt, or Cabify) to Castillo de Batres. However, we recommend using the provided transportation, as it will be the easiest way to travel to and from the venue.

Yes, there will be parking available on the premises.
Wedding Weekend Events
Will there be events besides the wedding day?
Yes! We are planning a few additional events during the wedding weekend so we can spend more time celebrating with everyone.
What other events are planned?
We will be hosting welcome drinks on Thursday evening before the wedding and a farewell event on Saturday afternoon after the wedding. More details regarding the locations and timing will be shared closer to the date.

Do I need to RSVP for the other events?
Yes, please let us know if you plan to attend the welcome drinks and farewell event when completing your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Travel & Spain
When should I arrive in Madrid?
We recommend arriving in Madrid by Thursday, September 3rd, so you can join us for the welcome drinks that evening and have time to settle in before the wedding day.
If your schedule does not allow for that, we suggest arriving by Friday morning at the latest, as transportation to the venue will depart from Madrid before the ceremony.
We encourage guests to stay through Saturday afternoon for the farewell event.

What airport should I fly into?
The best airport to fly into is Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD), which is about 25 minutes from the city center.
Do I need a visa to travel to Spain?
Depending on your nationality, you may need a Schengen visa or travel authorization to enter Spain. Please check travel requirements for your country in advance.
